By participating in the Prize Raffle, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The Raffle will be drawn on the night, Saturday 14th March.

Online Ticket Sales Close at approximately 6:30 pm on Saturday 14th March.

Winners will be contacted by phone & email and names will be published on the website.

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Raffle tickets will be drawn by computer random number generated selection. 

The prize must be collected by the winner from Oakhill College within 7 days of the draw or they will become the property of Oakhill College.

The result of the raffle draw is final.  No correspondence will be entered into.

To enter the Prize Raffle, the Eligible Person must during the Competition Period: purchase a Raffle Ticket from Oakhill College; and complete the information required to purchase the Raffle Ticket (which includes the Eligible Persons full name and contact number/e-mail).

There is no limit on the number of times a Participant may enter the Prize Raffle during the Competition Period.

Oakhill College reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

Failure by Oakhill College to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Prize winner does not have to be present at the time or place of the draw.

Oakhill College will use reasonable efforts to notify the Prize winner by telephone and email to arrange collection or delivery of the Prize.

The Prizes have been provided by third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the Prize (which may include validity period). Details of these terms and conditions will be provided when the prize is claimed. Oakhill College has no responsibility for resolving any disputes between the Prize Winner and the relevant third party.

All Prize Raffle entries are the property of Oakhill College.

Oakhill College reserves the right to update and add additional prize details and the order of the prizes, at anytime prior to the draw, whilst ensuring no decrease in value or removal of prizes and/or components thereof.

The Prize winner consents to Oakhill College using their name, likeness and image for an unlimited period and without remuneration for marketing and publicity use, if requested by Oakhill College.

Oakhill College Entities shall not be liable (including, without limitation, in negligence) for: any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss); or

any personal injury suffered or sustained, during the course of participating in this Prize Raffle or use of the Prize, except for and to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.

Each Participant indemnifies and keeps indemnified, Oakhill College Entities against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by Oakhill College Entities or any third parties arising out of the breach of these terms and conditions by the Participant, the conduct of the Participant in the Prize Raffle or the use of the Prizes.

If this Prize Raffle is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Oakhill College, Oakhill College reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority (if any) to: disqualify any Participant; and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Prize Raffle as appropriate.

Oakhill College will collect and use the personal information which the Participant has provided for the purposes of carrying out the Prize Raffle.

Participants agree that their name will be published in Oakhill publications including this website.

Prizes are not transferable (unless otherwise specified) or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Oakhill College accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.  Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, Oakhill College may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the College, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in NSW.

If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Oakhill College which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in NSW, where required.

Oakhill College and its associated agencies and companies  will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
