As part of the local community, we would be delighted if you could join us in an effort to reach our fundraising goals, we are seeking your support to help raise funds to install air-conditioners in the original buildings (The De La Salle Building) that dates back to the 1930’s and which the college holds very dear.

 

Gala Day support can be via sponsorship, a monetary donation, and/ or the donation of goods and services towards our prize pool on the day. Any assistance you are able to provide is greatly appreciated.

 

Previous years there have been over 3,000 people attending Gala Day and we expect the same number or more again this year.

Bronze Sponsorship ($300.00)
You will receive the following exposure:
● Advertising on the Gala Day website with links back to the sponsors website;
● Advertising on our sponsors wall during Gala Day with A4 signage;
● Recognition via Gala Day thank you email to Oakhill family database
● Advertising in our Gala Day emails which go out to the families of our 1700 student body
● Acknowledgement on Oakhill Gala Day Facebook page

Silver Sponsorship ($1,000.00)
You will receive the following exposure:
● All of the above plus
● Option to display company banner on the school grounds during Gala Day (Banner must be provided by sponsor).
● Advertising on the electronic notice board at the front of the school for 1 week prior to the Gala Day.

 

Gold Sponsorship ($2,000.00)
You will receive the following exposure:
● All of the above plus
● Half time advertising on the Rugby Score board
● Ability to sponsor an area on Gala Day e.g. Chocolate Wheel sponsor, Café sponsor, Book stall sponsor (All banners /signs/ bunting will need to be provided)
